One is a vegan,, one a carnivore, more importantly recognising, and respecting each other’s way of living.

In agreement, both @drleilamasson and myself have the following:

1. Eliminating all ultra processed foods from your nutrition.
2. Eliminating all excess sugars, particularly hidden sugars and carbonated drinks.
3. Eliminating seed oils

The importance of valuing one’s most important asset in life, one’s health.
